I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was perfect for anyone who loves nature and wants to be in touch with it. The rooms were very cozy and the bathroom was clean. The service was outstanding as the staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast included was very delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the view was breathtaking and definitely worth it!
The hotel's parking system was a bit confusing and took some time to figure out.

We appreciated the convenience of the on-site parking and easy access to public transportation in this city. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. , the hotel's location was great-- right in the heart of the city, so we were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions.
Our romantic escape was not as great as we had hoped. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us with anything we needed, and were not very friendly overall.

The hotel had a decent location and provided free Wi-Fi which was a plus. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfy, which wasn't too bad either. The staff also seemed friendly enough, which was a relief considering it was Xmas time and the stress levels were high. Being close to the city center was another plus, making it easy to explore the town during the festive period.
The hotel's Christmas menu was disastrous! The food was bland, and most of the guests didn't seem to enjoy it.
